1. Evaluate and recommend network, computer and server requirements

3. Configure existing computers for the database and web server

Maintenance Information Tasks
1. Identify all assets that will become part of the asset database
2. Develop asset lists with nameplate data information
3. Import asset data into the M-PET.NET database
4. Develop Preventive Maintenance (PM) procedures for all maintainable assets
5. Develop PM schedules and link assets to PM tasks, with frequencies
6. Level PM schedules to ensure work is evenly distributed
7. Train users at all levels of interaction of M-PET.NET
8. Provide on-going support

1. Single Project Manager assignment
2. Track scope of work, schedule of implementation and budget
3. Lead client status meetings and discussions where gathered data is presented and decisions are required by the client for subsequent implementation
