Wilson Hospitality Management Company offers a variety of services from property management services, ad-hoc project management, consulting, and MPET implementation & training. They realize the complex array of pressures and problems facing the professional property management industry and have worked alongside Four Winds Group, Inc. to develop the hotel application for this productivity platform. They could not imagine operating without this system as they have control of the data relative to their maintenance planning and master facilities plan. They have incorporated brand programs into the system for completion and implementation which are no longer collecting dust in the maintenance shop. They know what is happening at WHM hotels.

  • - University location – 204 from 394 when they began M-PET.

    48% increase in TQS ranking.

  • - East location - 350 from 421when they began M-PET.

    16% increase in TQS ranking.

  • Problem Resolution
  • Their problem resolution rates have increased and out-performed the Hampton Inn brand average over the last three years since installing M-PET.
  • Problem Incidence
  • They have seen their problem incidence decline as well as consistently ou-tperforming the brand average. During our July 2010 evaluation, our Quality Auditor commented on our low problem incidence at which point we showed him how M-PET works.
  • Quality Assurance Evaluations
  • M-PET has effectively automated their Quality Improvement Planners. They can schedule the needed work with corrective type work orders into the system straight from the report given to them from the Quality Auditor. Increased Accountability and Reporting on what is needed is almost instantaneous, allowing us to get a handle on what we need to get done in order to improve for the next inspection. Not to mention, their significant increase in the overall evaluation score. They have achieved the Outstanding status at each of their properties with a combined age of 30 years.
  • SALT Performance (Satisfaction and Loyalty Tracking)
  • They have seen consistently great performance in their overall satisfaction scores as reported by Medallia through Hilton Worldwide.
